Terms of Service

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Lolaris ("the Seller") and any individual or entity making a purchase through the website www.lolaris.com ("the Customer").

Article 2 – Products
Products offered are those listed on the site. Each product includes a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the actual product, particularly regarding color.
Packaging, format, or supplier of a product may change without affecting its composition or quality of use. Such variations do not constitute a defect or non-conformity.

Article 3 – Pricing
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price displayed on the site at the time of order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. Shipping costs are shown before final order confirmation. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the customer's shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Article 4 – Orders
The Customer places an order on the website by following the online purchase process. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and serves as proof of the sales contract. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing payment dispute.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is processed securely online via credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. The card is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 6 – Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or claim damages, except in cases of force majeure. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may request order cancellation and a full refund. If a package is reported as not received, the Customer must contact the carrier to obtain written confirmation of non-delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.

Article 7 – Right to Cancel / Return Window
The Customer may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at contact@lolaris.com. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Article 8 – Warranties
All products are covered by applicable consumer warranty protections under federal and state law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, as applicable. Products are warranted to be free from material defects under normal use.

Article 9 – Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in cases of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All content on www.lolaris.com remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any element of the site — whether software, visual, or audio — in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

Article 12 – Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
