Shipping Zones
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Eligible destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods. Lolaris cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link and number by email. You can track your package at any time via the "Track My Order" page on our site.

Package Not Received
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@lolaris.com with your order number. In cases of non-delivery, we may request written confirmation from the carrier that the package was not delivered before processing a reshipment or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. LOLARIS cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect address; reshipping fees may apply in such cases.

Returns & Refunds
You're covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. To return an item:

- Email your request to contact@lolaris.com (include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof if the item is damaged).
- All requests must be approved by our customer service team before shipping anything back — we'll send you the return address by email. Please do not ship any item back without prior approval.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or doesn't match your order.
- Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
