Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before shipping anything back. Photo and/or video proof may be requested.
- If a product arrives damaged or broken, photo and/or video proof is required.
- Once your request is approved, we will email you the return address. Please do not ship any item back without prior approval.
- If your product is defective upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours at contact@lolaris.com.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or did not match your order.
How to Request a Return
Email contact@lolaris.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photo/video proof if the item is damaged
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your package was not received, please contact the shipping carrier to obtain written confirmation of non-delivery — this is required before we can process a refund for a lost shipment.
